Parkwood South is a small Home Owners Association with lots of big amenities. There are only 46 homes in this hidden jewel. We have a Community Center with room for private meetings, and a handball/basketball court. In addition, we have an outdoor swimming pool and a beautiful pond with two streams flowing into it.
